Dubai Mall Website
Emaar is probably the largest property developer in Dubai boasting some of the most prestigious and globally recognised buildings in Dubai. Among their supersized portfolio is the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa and the worlds largest shopping mall, Dubai Mall. They asked us to submit a creative pitch for a new website for Dubai Mall that would enhance the mall experience for its visitors.
With more than a thousand retail outlets covering an area of over 1 million square metres, it became clear that the way to improve the visitor experience was to streamline traffic via the website to the mall itself and more specifically the different facilities, shops and activities available. A site that would be more than a directory but a powerful tool to help visitors orientate before they arrive at the mall.
